Join the movement project for a bountiful morning of movement in and around Hackney Wick, featuring an optional run before inspirational sessions in the studio with movement teacher David Kam and journaling guide Lorna Mann.
This morning workshop will be held at MEUS HQ, Unit 10, 29 Whitepost Lane, London, E9 5EN
After the success of our Spring Equinox gathering, we've brought together two amazing teachers to move us over the course of a morning in Hackney Wick, London.
David Kam's session is guaranteed to bring a new curiosity to the way you move through a playful practice. David is a movement and yoga teacher like no other with an infectious energy and wealth of experience. This practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level of previous experience.
Lorna Mann is one of the planet's greatest connectors, not only connecting people to others but each of us to ourselves. Her journaling practice will challenge us to think differently, moving minds. Bring a pen and paper.
Like every gathering we host, we will be doing unique movement priming with Neil and an optional 5k or 10k run with Matt. You don't have to run and you need to know that if you do want to run with us, that we have a 'no-one left behind' philosophy when it comes to our trail runs. We run to connect, to flow, to listen, to share. If we walk, we're still moving. If we stop, we're still together.
The cost of this workshop is £30, of which £15 will be split between The Campaign Against Living Miserably and KindRedPacket. You can secure your space by paying via bank transfer before the day.
