We'll be weaving through 2 hours of mixed movement with Neil Frankel & Kevin Silous. Our practise is inspired by Martial Arts, Yoga, Qi-Gong, Natural Movement, Mobility, Dexterity, Balance, Co-ordinations and the search for Flow State.
We create playful sessions for people of all abilities and all movement backgrounds to help discover new ways of looking at what movement can mean to them. We have a multi-disciplinary approach as we want to share the rich tapestry of what's possible.
We'll be outside somewhere TBC, whatever the weather, come rain or shine. We believe that training outside is where we can connect with our environment better and takes us out of the comfort of a heated indoor space. We were designed to move outside. We honour that.

Neil has a lifetime of experience as a coach, is a MovNat L2 certified Trainer, Tennis coach and accidental Ultra-Marathon runner. Neil explores flow, balance, movement patterns and rhythm that seeks to redefine the relationship we have with ourselves and the environment that surrounds us with a deep curiosity of what's possible and a playful approach to challenge preconceived expectations.
The founder of Peaceful Path Yoga in Bedford, Kevin Silous is a teacher of Yoga, Meditation & Martial Arts. Kevin has a wealth of experience of movement traditions including Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga alongside a 6th Dan in Kickboxing and 2nd Dan in Ju-Jitsu
