Move360 is a high energy and uplifting mixed movement session inspired by tennis to up your cardio, strength and capability.
you will learn new movement patterns, develop a bombproof body free from injury and dial up your tennis skills whilst having a ton of fun alongside a motivating playlist to lift your mood.
trail tuesdays is a 5K chatty run or walk with no-one left behind. incorporating a Grateful Mile, we'll connect gratitude to however you move to inspire positive change, improve mental health and create deeper connections in your local community and the trails around the river bank.

the co-working movement club does exactly what you'd expect. Do your best work, shake off the effects of sitting & make connections with fellow coffee shop surfers in the area.
