We offer unique workshops, in-person and on Zoom, combining leading movement, health and wellness practitioners, experts in the fields of physical and mental movement.

Workshops can be 2 hour, half or full day, in your office space (assuming it's big enough), at a space you are using for an off-site, or outside on dry days.
We provide all the equipment.
Working with you, we endeavour to make our workshops accessible.
