This 3 session programme will teach you the science of Simulated High Altitude Training , and apply it to explosive sessions, combining movement patterns for strength & stability alongside fluidity & mobility.
This programme will be held on Zoom. each session will be recorded for use by participants only.
We are crossing the beams, bringing you the very best of the Oxygen Advantage™ Advanced breathwork and years of movement experience to create a totally unique training experience.
The most powerful performance breathwork patterns are completed while combining movement and oxygen availability - enter the mask! We're taking this programme even further by introducing the advanced movement techniques that Neil has adapted from competitive tennis coaching to all explosive movement and endurance sports.
The cost of this three part programme is £200 including a brand new Training Mask.
Wednesday 27th April at 7:30pm for one hour.
This first session will introduce the science of Simulated High Altitude Training and its benefits. The science, delivered alongside ‘standard’ breathwork for athletes. We will also learn how to measure our respiratory performance baseline.
We'll then progress into a taster of movements with the training mask before finishing with relaxing breathwork to settle your heart rates!
Wednesday 4th of May at 7:30pm for one hour.
This second session will focus on the breathwork and mask patterns to get the maximum training benefits whether you're preparing for a specific race day or just want to improve baseline performance.
Wednesday 11th of May at 7:30pm for one hour.
Our final session will push us a little further as we complete the movement sets and then we will learn how to use breathwork in recovery.
