We'll blend mobility, strength, coordination, and playful challenges to help you move better and feel great for the rest of the day.
It’s not a typical workout – it’s about exploring movement, building confidence in your body, and having fun in a supportive group.
All levels welcome. Just bring yourself, a drink, some clothes you don't mind getting a little grubby and we'll do the rest.

COST
This is a pay what you want session from £8 to £18 via bank transfer on the day.
If you're paying on the day and haven't practised with us before, you'll need to complete our waiver.

Neil Frankel
Neil has a lifetime of experience as a coach, is a MovNat L2 certified Trainer, Tennis coach and accidental Ultra-Marathon runner.
Neil explores flow, balance, movement patterns and rhythm; seeking to redefine the relationship we have with ourselves and the environment that surrounds us with a deep curiosity of what's possible and a playful approach to challenge preconceived expectations.
He is also partial to deep roast peanut butter.
