Kickstart Thursdays with an hour of energising movement.


We'll blend mobility, strength, coordination, and playful challenges to help you move better and feel great for the rest of the day.


It’s not a typical workout – it’s about exploring movement, building confidence in your body, and having fun in a supportive group.


All levels welcome. Just bring yourself, a drink, some clothes you don't mind getting a little grubby and we'll do the rest.

We train outside in Russell Park, Bedford, whatever the weather, come rain or shine:

By training outside, we can adapt better to complexity and be ready for the real world -  forming deeper connections to nature, ourselves and the seasons.


COST  

This is a pay what you want session from £8 to £18 via bank transfer on the day.


If you're paying on the day and haven't practised with us before, you'll need to complete our waiver.

Neil Frankel

Neil has a lifetime of experience as a coach, is a MovNat L2 certified Trainer, Tennis coach and accidental Ultra-Marathon runner. 


Neil explores flow, balance, movement patterns and rhythm; seeking to redefine the relationship we have with ourselves and the environment that surrounds us with a deep curiosity of what's possible and a playful approach to challenge preconceived expectations.


He is also partial to deep roast peanut butter.
