the movement project brings you MoveLONDON. A gathering of uplifting movement for mind and body from 10:00 - 12:00 on Sunday 19th October 2025.
We will be based deep in the woodlands of Hampstead Heath, London. The precise location will be sent out to those who register.
09:30 | Registration.
Meet here and connect with the movement project community. We'll take a stroll up to our first location on the Heath together or you can make your way there under your own steam if you prefer.
10:00 - 12:00 | The Movement Playground.
Neil has a lifetime of experience as a coach and is a L2 MovNat certified trainer. He will guide you through our movement playground. We'll explore elements of morning.form. flow, and physical puzzles that will seek to redefine the relationship we have with ourselves, others and the environment that surrounds us.
This session is for all entry points with no specific experience required.
Bring a smile and dive in.
What Should I Bring?
Drinks, snacks and any specialist food items you might need for the session to recharge and refuel.
We prefer to train outside so you'll need to come prepared for the time of year.
Don't wear your Sunday best. You might get a little grubby. Long sleeves and trousers/leggings are recommended for some of the day so please come prepared.
All our teachers are suitably qualified & insured.
Our Philosophy
'No-one left behind' means 'no-one left behind', it runs through the core of everything we do.
You don't require any particular level of "fitness" (whatever that means) to attend our sessions. It's not a boot camp but you can still dial up your own efforts if you wish.
Our 'Move' sessions are for the curious and the inquisitive. We seek to redefine the way that we view what movement can mean to us, for our bodies and minds. We are fascinated in how that can translate to everyday life.
Whatever we do, it's for every-body and we can work with any specific needs you may have by making adaptations to suit where appropriate.
Tickets are available now for £22.
We offer bursary places if you're on low income or out of work. We are determined to make our sessions available to everyBODY.
