We've joined forces with The Green Earth Cafe to bring you a taste of what we do at the movement project as part of the activities taking place at Bedford River Festival 2024 on Sunday 21st July 2024 from 8.45-9.45am.
We'll be weaving through 1 hour of mixed movement with Neil as part of 'a movement playground'. This session is Inspired and influenced by Natural Movement, Yoga, Qi-Gong and Flow.
We create playful sessions for people of all abilities and all movement backgrounds to help discover new ways of looking at what movement can mean to them. We have a multi-disciplinary approach as we want to share the rich tapestry of what's possible.
DATE & TIME
Sunday 21st July 2024. 08:45 - 09:45 in The Green Earth Space at Bedford River Festival, by Castle Mound, Bedford.
LOCATION
We'll be training outside, whatever the weather, come rain or shine. The exact location will be sent on registration and through a WhatsApp group which you can join here. When we train outside, we can connect with our environment better and take us out of the comfort of a heated indoor space. We were designed to move outside and we embrace that.

This session is running on a 'pay what you want' basis.
We recommend the following as a guideline but it's entirely your call:
I'm low income or out of work - £3
I'm doing OK - £10
I'm abundant - £17
Get in touch here if you have any questions: neil@themovementproject.uk
We can take credit/debit cards on the day too.
BOOKING YOUR PLACE IN ADVANCE
Booking your space in advance guarantees your space on the session. Please complete the registration form and transfer fees via your bank. Once registered, we'll send you the exact training location and a few more details..
