Before transitioning into teaching, Alex spent 10 years pursuing a football career at Arsenal FC until an injury shifted his path.
Today, he leads immersive group sessions designed to unlock the innate playfulness within us all—something often lost as we grow older. Expect a mix of energizing, dynamic drills alongside moments of grounded stillness.
Beyond movement, Alex is an experienced space holder, working with plant medicines for the past seven years through his Return to Nature retreats. He guides deep meditations and facilitates expansive sessions that open the heart, cultivating profound inner exploration and connection.
